Since my products are digital, I am unable to offer a refund.  If you have a problem with your purchase please contact me.

What is included in the download?

Each download will include the following file types: SVG and PDF.  You will also receive a full color photo of the finished project for visual reference.

Do I need a special software program or cutting machine to use your patterns?

Accepted Answer

The cutting files work with Silhouette Cameo, Cricut with Design Space, Brother ScanNCut, SureCutsALot, Pazzles, Wishblade, Click-n-Cut, Craft Robo, and e-Clips. However, the PDF can be used for tracing pieces onto cardstock and hand cutting with your favorite scissors.

How do I download a pattern from your site?

Accepted Answer

Download links are available in your account area under the downloads tab. An email with download links is also sent to the email address in your account.  Links are good for thirty days.
